Literary Liaisons

A blog about writing and all things story…

WOW! The Weekend Novelist

WOW! And here I thought I was nearly done with my novel. If you haven’t read, no, experienced The Weekend Novelist yet, then you need to get a copy. It’s a fabulous guide to crafting the story you thought you were telling. Revising and reworking a manuscript is painful stuff, but with Robert Ray’s skilled guidance I may not slit my wrists after all. His tools, charts, graphs, examples and just plain old writer’s wisdom is what I need for where I am in my project.
No matter where you are, there are tools, instructors, materials and workshops to meet you there, right where you stand in this journey. Embrace the fact that to be a writer means actively participating in a lifelong apprenticeship.
