From Paris to NaNo – What’s a writer to do?

Thinking about my beloved Paris. Here’s a fond memory – reblogged form last year.

Ciao Everybody!  Three days ago my husband and I were sitting in our favorite café in Paris, La Terrasse du 7eme, sipping on espresso and noshing on foie gras and toast, when I said to him, “it’s time to go home and get back to work.”  So we said au revoir to Paris and headed home to rainy Seattle. We had just visited 6 countries in less than 30 days.  No, not on the Amazing Race, though at times it felt like it – we were on a Rick Steves Best of Europe tour and now feel like we’ve just been spit out of a hurricane – in a good way.
